Update
During this maintenance as we were updating our fleet of servers, the load balancer configuration went into an errorneous/stale state interrupting transfers from our managed nodes. We apologize for the inconvenience and our engineers have fixed the issue.

We will be performing a regular platform upgrade on api.ibmaspera.com on 2020-08-12 at 15:00 UTC. We are currently expecting it to last until 17:00 2020-08-13 UTC , While the service is not expected to have any major problems during the time period, there is the increased probability that some packets in flight might timeout. This is a particularly long maintenance period so as to be the least disruptive as possible. Transfers services are not under the scope of this maintenance. Transfers should not be affected.
