We will be applying monthly patches across our Managed Nodes infrastructure starting at 2023-06-03 at 19:00 PDT. The maintenance period is expected to last for 4 hours. In scope for this maintenance window are the following changes:
* Apply Latest Available Operating System Security Patches

Monthly patching is necessary for us to be on top of the latest security fixes for the software we run. A monthly cadence ensures that we remediate vulnerabilities within a timely window.

Patching our managed nodes means that transfers and API traffic will be interrupted and downtime will occur as we restart the server. The Files and Packages app will be offline if your organization is using a managed node. You can identify if your organization has a managed node by looking at the hostname of your nodes in the Admin app: any node with the domain "asperafiles.com" is a managed node.

The restart process will take 1 to 20 minutes, depending on the node. The majority of our managed nodes will take 1-3 minutes to restart.
