We will be releasing Connect v3.10.1 for new installations on 2020-10-26 at 19:00 UTC. This maintenance change is non-disruptive, and there is no expected downtime.

What this means for your end users is that any users without Connect installed will get v3.10.1. The minimum version of Connect will remain v3.9.
