On June 4, starting around 05:00am GMT we received reports of customers not being able to access Aspera on Cloud from Asia Pacific regions, due to 504 errors being reported from Cloudfront. This included countries such as Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and Australia. Upon review, this was due to a network partition between AWS Cloudfront and our origin server. We are still working with AWS on triaging why network connectivity was disrupted for these specific regions. As of 08:00pm GMT, we no longer seeing 504 errors.
