We will be performing maintenance on our transfer nodes to address an issue with client access keys that was reported after the HSTS 4.3.1 upgrade. Transfer will be interrupted during the maintenance period. We will also be upgrading our AWS RDS instances version per AWS recommendation, during the DB upgrade process, some functionalities will be limited but are expected to operate once DB upgrade is completed.
