Customers will be able sign up for notifications using the RSS feed feature, the REST API, or the Email Notification feature of the new service.
Until September 12th, the Aspera on Cloud SRE team will be posting incident and maintenance notices to both the current statuspage and the new service. We will then change to only posting to the new service and will deprecate the current statuspage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: BREAKING CHANGES * Webhook, Slack, and Microsoft Team integrations that have been setup can not be carried over to the new service. The new service does not support Slack, Webhook, or Microsoft teams integrations. As a work-around, customers should be able to leverage the RSS feed feature.
