This is an emergency maintenance notification for all IBMCloud/Softlayer ATS regions. We have an immediate need to deploy a critical infrastructure update at 2020-10-03 at 05:00 UTC. It is expected to last 1 hour, until 020-10-03 at 06:00 UTC. While it is expected to be largely non-disruptive, there is the possibility that some transfers might fail to initiate during the maintenance period. Should a transfer fail to initiate, re-trying will be the best course of action. Similar maintenance windows indicate that there might be up to 1 minute of continuous downtime, during which transfers will be unable to start, and that there might be to 5 minutes of total downtime.
