We will be performing an infrastructure upgrade for all Azure regions starting at 2020-10-09 22:00 UTC. The upgrade might take up to 2 hours. During the upgrade, there might be brief periods where transfers will not be able to start. In flight transfers should not be affected. Total cumulative downtime might be up to 5 minutes. The best course of action for a transfer not starting during this time period is to restart the transfer.
