This is notice of an upcoming ATS service maintenance. The scope is to upgrade Google ATS Cluster Manager (ATCM 1.5.0) and Cluster (HSTS 4.0.1) in ALL regions. There are performance improvements, security enhancements, and defect corrections in this upgrade. During this scheduled maintenance transfers will be interrupted.
