We will be performing maintenance on api.ibmspera.com and api.asperafiles.com starting at 2021-01-23 16:00 UTC, and continuing for 12 hours. We are performing a required infrastructure upgrade, which entails a rolling restart of all underlying databases and services that make up the Aspera on Cloud API. The means that some API calls may fail during the maintenance period. But the failures should be ephemeral and prolonged downtime is not expected. In the case of a failure, please retry your request. There might be brief periods, up to 5 cumulative minutes, on managed nodes where transfers may not be able to start, or storage browsing might be affected
